Holiday Inn Club Vacations Villages Resort Resale Information

The expansive Villages Resort is tucked along the shore of Lake Palestine in  Flint, TX. It's located two hours east of Dallas and is one of the largest watersports playgrounds in the Southwest.

Head to the nearby city of Tyler and explore its Rose Garden (the largest in the country), Caldwell Zoo and Discovery Science Place for kids. For a unique experience, enjoy a Piney Woods Train Excursion on a classic train through the countryside.

At the resort, splash in one of the many pools and year-round indoor waterpark or rent a pedal boat, kayak or fishing gear at our marina.
